Ideal for stays with family or friends, the property features three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, allowing guests to be welcomed in a warm and refined atmosphere.

Each space has been designed to ensure your stay is pleasant, comfortable and relaxing, in a calm and tropical environment.

Elegant and welcoming living spaces

The villa features a modern and functional open-plan kitchen, seamlessly integrated into a bright and inviting living space. This area is ideal for sharing wonderful moments with family and friends.

The comfortable and welcoming lounge is equipped with a smart TV and fans ensuring pleasant air circulation for optimal comfort throughout the day.

A terrace and outdoor area dedicated to relaxation

The outdoor space has been designed to take full advantage of the tropical climate. The villa opens onto a beautiful furnished terrace including a dining table, chairs, a griddle and fans for added comfort.

An elegant outdoor lounge area will allow you to relax while enjoying a pleasant view of the pool.

Nestled in a lush tropical garden, the private pool invites you to relax. Sun loungers are available for you to enjoy moments of rest and soak up the sun in a peaceful setting.

Comfort and services

To ensure a pleasant and stress-free stay, the villa offers the following:

• Private parking for two cars with electric gate
• Inverter system guaranteeing 24-hour electricity
• Housekeeping service included
• Personalized welcome upon your arrival

Upon arrival, you will also find some essential items such as water, coffee, toilet paper, salt, and pepper to help you start your stay in the best possible conditions. These items are provided only upon arrival and will not be replenished during your stay.

An independent bungalow is located on the property. It will be occupied until July 20th, while remaining completely separate from the main house.

The occupants of the bungalow only have access to the parking area and a private external staircase. They have no access to the house, the kitchen, or the living areas.

Your privacy in the house is therefore fully preserved.

Important information

Electricity is not included in the rental price and is charged at a rate of 14.95 Dominican pesos per kWh, payable in cash.

A security deposit of USD 100 or Dominican pesos 5000 will be required upon arrival.

A cat lives on the property. Please also note that the kitchen does not have an oven.

Respect and tranquility

The villa is located in a quiet, residential area. To preserve the tranquility of the area and respect the neighbors, parties, loud music, and noise disturbances are not permitted.

A tropical environment

The swimming pool is equipped with a programmed automatic filtration system that operates autonomously.

As the villa is located in a tropical environment, it is recommended not to leave food outside or in the open. Despite precautions taken, small visitors typical of tropical regions may occasionally appear, such as ants, geckos, crickets, or other insects attracted by food.
