The house is designed to be all on one level, with the swimming pool at the heart of the entire living space. The kitchen/living room and each bedroom open directly onto the pool, terrace, and garden.

Bungalow:

- Both are equipped with queen beds and an adjoining bathroom.

Main villa:

- 3 Bedrooms:
- Master Suite: King bed, en suite bathroom and dressing room.
- Twin Room: Two single beds, built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.
- Queen Room: Queen bed, en suite bathroom and dressing room.

- Electricity consumption is not included in the rental price and must be paid separately. Consumption is based on the meter reading on the arrival and departure dates.
A security deposit of US$100 or 5000 pesos is required in cash upon arrival. You will receive a cash refund for any unused electricity. If the tenant consumes more than the electricity used, an additional charge will apply.

Other remarks

The villa is a quiet place; we do not allow noise or loud music that could disturb the neighbors.

-The first gallons of water, toilet paper, dish soap, coffee... will be provided upon your arrival; after that, they will be at your expense.

-The pool filtration system is automatic; it is programmed by a timer and turns itself on and off.
- Do not leave food outside. It encourages even the smallest creatures to invade the house. Remember, this is a tropical environment :-)
Although we take significant steps to keep these curious visitors away from your vacation rental, please be aware that they may still find their way into the house in search of food. Tropical pests include ants, geckos, palm bugs, crickets, and even small palm mice.
