One of Villa Confidencia's greatest assets is its location.

Playa Bonita is only about 200 meters from the villa, easily accessible on foot.

This will allow you to leave your car and reach the beach in a few minutes to enjoy its turquoise waters, white sand and exceptional atmosphere.

📍 THE LOCATION

Villa Confidencia is located in Playa Bonita, Las Terrenas, in a quiet, tropical environment.

You are close enough to the beach to be able to walk there, while still enjoying a peaceful residential environment.

Las Terrenas is also easily accessible for exploring its restaurants, cafes, beaches, shops and numerous activities.

⚡ ELECTRICITY

The villa has an inverter which allows certain essential equipment to remain operational in the event of a power outage.

⚠️ The inverter does not power air conditioners. As throughout the Dominican Republic, power outages may occasionally occur.

🚗 PARKING

The property has private parking that can accommodate 2 to 3 cars, a real advantage for easily exploring the different beaches and surroundings of Las Terrenas.

Electricity is not included in the price. A meter reading will be taken upon your arrival. A deposit of 5,000 pesos or $100 in cash will be required.

At check-out, your consumption will be calculated at a rate of 15 pesos per kWh. If your consumption is less than the deposit, the difference will be refunded. If it is more, you will be asked to pay the remaining balance.
